Here are brief instructions explaining how to place an order online at our secure website:

Use our search engine (left) to locate the chai you need.
To find items quickly, browse the categories (located at the left of this page) or use our search engine (located near the top of this page).

When you find the product description page of product you want, click the Add to Shopping Cart button.
You can then continue to shop for other products or go to checkout.

At anytime, you can click View Cart (above) to see what is in your basket.
You can remove products from your basket and you can change the quantities of products in your basket.

When your basket has everything you need, click the Checkout button which is located at the shopping basket page.
Check your order one last time to verify the products and quantites you want.

The checkout process will guide you to enter your shipping and billing information, then shipping and payment methods.
After you enter payment information you can click the Submit Order button.
That will show a confirmation page which displays your order number at the top.
An email will automatically be sent to your email address within moments,
showing your order information and order number.

If you paid by credit card, your order will be sent to our warehouse for immediate processing after you click the Submit Order button.
If you paid by any other method, an email will be immediately sent to you with instructions explaining how to send payment to us.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery times for International shipping options are somewhat less precise and span a wider time period to accomodate the varying delivery times to different countries. Generally speaking, Mexico, Canada, Western Europe and Japan will, for example, be likely to be closer to the lower end of the estimate than South America, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, etc. However, be aware that most international orders will be sent to our sorting center before being shipped directly to you. International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees by the country of destination. The shipping paid here does NOT include customs fees, duties, or taxes levied by the country of shipping destination. You may have to pay these fees to a post office or government agency when your order arrives. Also, customs in some countries may impose extra delays as well.
