Indi Chai: Liquid Latte Super Concentrate - Mix 1 Part to 3 Parts Milk or Water 

Indi Chai is a 1:3 mixing ratio, so 6 oz milk with just 2 oz chai concentrate. That's economical but it also makes things a little trickier to get it right, since measuring to exact ounces isn't my strong suit. (I'm more likely to just dump a "reasonable" amount in and call it good.) Nevertheless, for this taste comparison, I measured carefully according to the directions.

Indi Chai has a hint of the Chai Company chai's boldness, but together with a strong sweetness that to me gives a distinct impression of honey – although I know it is just the cane sugar and milk sugar flavors combining. If you want some real boldness along with a strong sweetness, while keeping the spices down, Indi Chai is for you.
