David Rio Chai: Masala Organic Chai Latte Dry Mix

David Rio Masala Chai is a spirited blend of black tea and aromatic spices in the tradition of the spiced milk tea of India. The sweet and savory spices are the perfect compliment to the full, rich flavor of the tea. A tempting treat any time of the day.

An essential ingredient of India daily life, cups of hot, milky chai are sipped throughout the day and served by street vendors know as chaiwallahs. The traditional masala chai flavors are appreciated in India for their ayurvedic health benefits.

This flavor is unique in the chai market and is USDA Organic Cerified as well as Vegan, Kosher, Gluten free. This very popular David Rio flavor also requires no refrigeration and is a very close match in flavor to concentrates.

Ingredients
Evaporated organic cane juice, organic demerara* (raw cane sugar), organic black tea powder, organic spices (cinnamon, ginger, clove & cardamom), salt, and natural flavors.

*Organic Demerara sugar is the same as Turbinado sugar and can be found branded as "Sugar in the Raw."

HOW TO PREPARE CHAI Mix 1 tablespoon of powered chai with 8 Oz. of milk, milk substitute or water.		SERVE COLD Pour over ice. SERVE HOT Microwave, heat on stovetop, or steam. Do not boil.
