Monin Gourmet Chai: Monin Chai Tea Super Concentrate Mix 1 Part : to 12 Parts Milk and/or Water 

Monin Chai concentrate is less of a "tea" than a dessert drink, as you would expect from a company known for making syrups. Here Monin has crafted a interesting super-sweetness by including some fruit essences to give it punch and nuance. Although it's actually sweeter than Oregon Original (which I classify as "ruling" the sweet side of things among brewed chai), Monin's sweetness seems to completely hide the relative presence of milk. Think Amoretto, Truffles or Bailey's turned chai. Monin does includes green tea extract, however, so it does qualify as a chai tea concentrate. But you'll be hard pressed to actually taste any tea here. This is an interesting after dinner drink, but not real "chai". Intended to be mixed with alcohol.
