The Chai Company: Rooibos Chai Tea Super Concentrate - Mix 1 Part to 3 Parts Milk or Water

Note: This chai concentrate features a more concentrated 1:3 ratio rather than the standard 1:1 ratio. (If you prefer not to include so much milk, you can simply substitute some water for a portion of the milk.)

Rooibos Chai combines the great taste of organic South African rooibos with the smooth spicy flavor of chai. It's full of flavor, not too sweet and best of all it's 100% caffeine free!

The same spice profile as our Authentic Chai loaded with antioxidants, great for kids, great before bed or just plain great. Rooibos is purported to assist with nervous tension, allergies, digestive problems. Traditional medicinal uses of rooibos in South Africa include alleviating infantile colic, allergies, asthma and dermatological problems.

This drink is particularly popular among health-conscious consumers, due to its high level of antioxidants such as aspalathin and nothofagin low tannin levels compared to fully oxidized black tea or unoxidized green tea leaves.

Ingredients
An infusion of filtered water, organic FairTrade Certified rooibos, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, clove and ginger, organic FairTrade Certified evaporated cane juice and molasses, organic vanilla extract and organic lemon juice.

Add a convienent Hand Pump for easy dispensing.

HOW TO PREPARE CHAI Shake well. Mix with 1:3 Ratio, milk or milk substitute to chai.		SERVE COLD Pour over ice. SERVE HOT Microwave, heat on stovetop, or steam. Do not boil.
