The Chai Company: Spicy Oolong Chai Tea Concentrate - Mix 1 Part to 1 Parts Milk or Water 

Unlike The Chai Company’s standard Chai concentrate, which is a 3-parts-milk-to-1-part-chai concentrate, their Spicy Oolong Chai is a 1:1 ratio. Mix equal parts chai to milk, milk substitute, or water. Mixed with milk, this chai delivers a distinctly lighter tan color than most chais, you might even say “milky tan.” My first guess was that the chai flavor would be likewise weaker as well, but I was wrong. The Oolong tea flavor is distinct and seems to cut through well. This is an excellent chai! One of the best concentrates available.
