How To Prepare TWO 8oz Servings of Chai

1) Measure 2 cups of water and 2 full teaspoons of Chai into saucepan. Bring to boil & simmer for at least 3 min.

2) Add 2/3 cup milk
or soy milk. Bring
to boil and simmer for 3 minutes
without letting it rise.

3) Strain. Sweeten to taste and serve.
