Tipu's Chai: Original Black Tea Chai Latte Liquid Concentrate 

Tipu’s Original Authentic Indian Chai Concentrate suggests 2 parts chai concentrate to 1 part milk, or for a milder version 1 part concentrate to 1 part milk. In either case, the result is a bit milder than Tipu’s Instant Black Chai. Of course a lot of this is the result of it being a concentrate. Simply put, concentrates tend to blend the spice flavors together, while the instant chai varieties tend to deliver the spices in a more “separated” manner. My preference here is to mix this concentrate in the milder 50/50 form, for a creamier and slightly sweeter result. Again, all Tipu’s chai tends to go fairly light on the sweetness.
