The Chai Company: Unsweetened Green Tea Chai Concentrate - Mix 1 Part to 1 Parts Milk or Water 

Unlike the Chai Company’s standard Chai concentrate, which is a 3-parts-milk-to-1-part-chai concentrate, their Green Tea Chai is a 1:1 ratio. Mix equal parts chai to milk, milk substitute, or water. Mixed with milk, this chai delivers a milky, light tannish color—lighter than most chais. But the green tea flavor is downright STRONG! The spices are very light and the chai is completely unsweetened. (The only reason I gave it a “2” in the sweetness department was on account of the milk it was mixed with.)
